Register
Please register and let us know you're coming so we can plan accordingly (even if you're only participating in the free events).
Park & Check In
Plan to park at 55 Kennedy Wades Mill Loop, Raphine, VA. Event signs will guide you to the designated parking area.
Get Your Wristbands & Board the Shuttle
Stop by the Brownsburg Community Association check-in table at the Wades Mill Pavilion. Show your registration credentials (name, email, etc.). You’ll receive wristbands for any activities or meals you’ve purchased. Staff will then direct you to the shuttle bus for a 4-minute ride to Brownsburg. Shuttles run continuously from 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM.

When you arrive, visit the Brownsburg Community Association table for maps and information about activity locations—Historic House Tours, Asbury Meal, carriage rides, and more.
Important Notes
Day-of vouchers for Horse & Carriage Rides, Historic House Tours, and the Asbury Meal may be available. However, advanced registration is strongly encouraged to make sure you have a spot or a seat.
Purchases from craft vendors, food vendors, or artisans are paid directly to the vendor and are not included in your event registration.
No refunds will be available for no-shows. All unused funds are donated to the Brownsburg Community Association to support scholarships, community events, and year-round programs.
