Stop by the Brownsburg Community Association
check-in table
at the Wades Mill Pavilion.
  • Let us know your registration credentials (name, email, etc.).
  • You’ll receive wristbands for any activities or meals you’ve purchased.
  • Staff will then direct you to the shuttle bus for a 4-minute ride to Brownsburg.
  • Shuttles run continuously from

2. Park & Check In
Due to limited parking availability in Brownsburg,

Event signs will guide you to the designated parking area.
4. Explore Brownsburg
When you arrive, visit the Brownsburg Community Association table for maps and information about activity locations—Historic House Tours, Asbury Meal, carriage rides, and more.
Important Notes
  • Day-of vouchers for Horse & Carriage Rides, Historic House Tours, and the Asbury Meal may be available. However, advance tickets are strongly encouraged to make sure you have a place or seat.

  • Purchases from craft or food vendors during the event are handled directly with each vendor and are not included in your registration.

  • Please note: There are no refunds for no-shows. Any unused funds are donated to the Brownsburg Community Association to support community programs, scholarships, and local events.
